Hi, I’m Elisa — a practitioner devoted to weaving together somatics, breath, energy, and consciousness to support deep healing, embodiment, and expansion. My practice has grown beyond traditional massage into a larger vision: creating sacred experiences where people can reconnect with their true selves.
I no longer offer private massage therapy sessions. I now hold space for guided journeys and expanded-state work. If you're feeling called into deeper presence and inner exploration, I’m here to support that journey.

I offer a grounded, compassionate, intuitive space for people to rediscover themselves - to release what’s been held and to step into a more authentic, alive version of who they are.
Whether through breathwork, touch, energetic work, or expanded-state guidance, it is my honor to support people as they return to the wisdom they already carry.
